Terms and Conditions of Stay

The rental operator is ABM RENT ADRIAN MACIEJEWSKI, ul. Ignacego Mościckiego 8/50, 71-004 Szczecin, Poland, with Tax Identification Number (NIP) 851-301-29-75.

These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) define the rights and obligations of the operator of the rental of PRIVATE APARTMENTS at BEL MARE (hereinafter “OPERATOR”) and the guest (hereinafter “Guest”) in connection with the Guest’s stay at PRIVATE APARTMENTS BEL MARE in Międzyzdroje, located at ul. Nowomyśliwska 3, 72-500 Międzyzdroje.

The provisional reservation must be confirmed by paying the deposit to the provided account within 3 days. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the provisional reservation being cancelled. Upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the stay, the selected apartment is reserved for the Guest and the persons indicated by them. An agreement is concluded between the parties, under which the OPERATOR, for a fee specified in the reservation system and confirmed by an employee, agrees to make the apartment available to the Guest and the persons indicated by them and to enable them to use all amenities provided for guests.

By signing the Terms and Conditions, the Guest will indicate the persons who will stay with them in the apartment during their stay.

Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy available on our website www.abmrent.eu.

A resort tax is also added to each stay, calculated in accordance with the Resolution of the Międzyzdroje City Council.

The cost of the stay includes accommodation with the use of all apartment furnishings.

The remaining amount for the stay is payable by the Guest no later than 3 days before check-in. Information regarding key collection will be provided no earlier than the day before arrival and after full payment has been received. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer to ABM RENT’s bank account number: 82 1090 2806 0000 0001 6087 3306. In the case of bank transfer, payment is deemed to be made upon crediting ABM RENT’s account.
The agreement is terminated without any further declarations by the parties if the full amount is not paid by the end of the stay. In the situation described in the preceding sentence, the deposit paid is retained by ABM RENT.
The OPERATOR is entitled to withhold the Guest’s entry to the apartment until the stay is fully settled by payment of the full amount. In the event of a change of booking date by the Landlord or complete cancellation of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable. The amount for the unused period is also non-refundable if the stay is shortened.
The basis for Guest check-in is the provision of full personal and address information. In the event of refusal, the OPERATOR reserves the right to refuse check-in and cancel the reservation without any obligation to refund the deposit. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 10:30 AM the following day. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Remaining in the apartment or leaving belongings after 10:30 AM on the check-out date without prior consultation with the OPERATOR is considered an extension of stay, and ABM RENT RENT reserves the right to charge an additional night’s stay according to the applicable price list.
Guests are required to notify the OPERATOR at least one day before arrival of their estimated arrival time.
It is possible to extend their stay, but only if the apartment has not been previously booked by other guests.
The entire BEL MARE complex, including the stairwells, entrance, and hallways, is monitored.
Parking is available in the garage beneath the building, and each apartment is guaranteed one free parking space. The parking lot is not guarded. Drivers are responsible for any consequences of violating traffic regulations within the complex.
If the declared number of people using the apartment is exceeded in violation of the Terms and Conditions, the OPERATOR reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect in any form without refunding the fee. Notwithstanding the above, the OPERATOR is entitled to charge a contractual penalty of PLN 300 per day for each person exceeding the declared number of registered guests.
Children and young people under 18 years of age may only stay in the apartment and move around the complex under the supervision of adults. Children under 18 years of age should remain on the premises under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Guardians are liable for any damage caused by the actions of their guardians.
Any complaints regarding damage or destruction to the apartment must be reported to the OPERATOR immediately upon entering the apartment, but no later than one hour from that moment. Failure to submit any complaints by the Guest within this timeframe will be deemed as a lack of objections to the condition of the apartment.
The Landlord is responsible for any damage to ABM RENT’s property during their stay and agrees to have all repairs and replacement costs covered at their expense. The Guest is also liable for any damage to the OPERATOR’s property caused by persons designated by them, which does not preclude ABM RENT from pursuing claims directly against them. Smoking and frying fish are strictly prohibited in the apartments, under penalty of a contractual penalty of PLN 1,000 for each violation. Due to fire safety requirements, the use of any electrically or gas-powered appliances or devices that are not part of the apartment’s equipment and may pose a fire hazard, such as electric heaters, radiators, gas burners, grills, etc., is strictly prohibited in the apartments. The lighting of any fireworks is strictly prohibited within the complex.
For safety reasons, guests should always turn off the lights, turn off the taps, and lock the windows and doors upon leaving the apartment.
The use of open flames, charcoal or gas grills, and their own sound systems, including external speakers, is strictly prohibited within the complex.
In the event of technical malfunctions, guests are asked to report them to the OPERATOR as soon as possible, which will allow for appropriate response and repair.

Subject to the provisions of individual regulations, use of the complex’s amenities is permitted under the terms and conditions specified in the relevant regulations and at different times. This depends on the location and operation of the attractions. The OPERATOR is not responsible for the temporary closure or exclusion from use of individual pools, playgrounds, playrooms, etc. This decision is made without prior consultation by the Aqua Resort Owners, who own the facilities.
The OPERATOR is not liable for any property or non-property damage caused by the actions or omissions of other guests of the resort, including theft and lost items.
The OPERATOR is not liable for utility interruptions caused by force majeure.
Disturbing the peace, such as playing or playing loud music, and any behavior generally considered indecent are prohibited within the complex. The behavior of guests and persons using the complex’s services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The OPERATOR has the right to refuse further service to anyone who violates the rules set forth in this section. A fee of PLN 200 is charged for the loss of keys, garage door remotes, or parking lock remotes.

Apartments rented by ABM RENT as the OPERATOR do not allow pets. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of services and a fine of PLN 1,000.

The OPERATOR is not responsible for the unavailability of the attractions presented in the offer due to government restrictions on public spaces, including playrooms, swimming pools, and playgrounds.
The Terms and Conditions are available and must be accepted upon booking. They are binding on every person using the apartment and its amenities. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the guest acknowledges that they have read and acknowledged the Terms and Conditions and consents to the processing of their personal data. The guest is obligated to familiarize the persons they designate who will be staying in the apartment with the Terms and Conditions. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1740, consolidated text) and other generally applicable provisions in the Republic of Poland shall apply. Requests for an invoice must be submitted prior to making a reservation and paying the deposit, under penalty of refusal to issue an invoice.
